Rescue Diver

PADI Rescue Diver Course is often said to be the most enjoyable course that a diver undertakes before they become a PADI Professional.

It will expand your diving knowledge beyond the recreational level you have known up to now. It will teach you awareness and responsibility towards yourself and other divers.

By participating in the Rescue Diver Course you will learn to prepare yourself as an individual and as part of a team to manage or prevent any unforeseen problems that may occur in or out of the water. The course consists of five open water sessions over two days and will cover the following:

    •   Dive first aid

    •   Swimming and non-swimming assists
    •   Panicked diver response
    •   Underwater problems
    •   Missing diver procedures
    •   Surfacing the unconscious diver
    •   In-water artificial respiration
    •   Egress (exits) of the conscious and unconscious diver
    •   First aid procedures for pressure related accidents
